Back then, the Maxi was aimed at sporty riders, and the strategy paid off, as 31,471 units were sold over the course of its seven years in production. Our Maxi has been on display in a small museum over the past few years, so it would be advisable to have it serviced thoroughly with new tyres before putting it back on the road. We would also recommend having the fuel tank reconditioned. Original Italian registration documents are available.
