General Information:
Jean Murit ordered at Friedel Münch in 1964 to design a sporty street machine. In connection with the development of this machine Friedel Münch was planning a series production. This machine was equipped with a 500 ccm engine and the wellknown Weber carburettor. Another feature of the street bike was a newly developed framework which as a specialty had crossed tubes below the triple clamp. Of course, the Münch - brakes include this in the front and rear wheels . Parallel Friedel Münch has developed a racing engine at that time . This engine with 600 cc and a magnesium casing was installed in the newly developed framework . For both machines , there were at that time some orders for Friedel Münch. It should be developed around 15 newly developed framework . Based on the chassis number and the French papers , and publications from 1964 and 1968 from France can be assumed that it is the first road machine which was made by Friedel Münch. In France the machine was known as "une petite mammoth ". It is worth mentioning that Jean murite has also received the first prototype of the Münch -4 .
