General Information:
Carlo Guzzi designed the Galetto in 1950. The Galetto (chicken) was initially offered with a 159 cc engine. Model updates resulted in more powerful engines with 175 cc and, as in our model, 192 cc. The well-thought-out design was intended to combine the advantages of a motorbike with those of a scooter. The transversely mounted spare wheel can be easily mounted at the front or rear. Our Galetto is in a very nice restored condition. Technical details include: four-speed gearbox, horizontal single-cylinder 4-stroke engine, valve control via push rods and rocker arms, maximum speed approx. 88 km/h, tank capacity 7 litres.
