This R 63 was acquired from a museum. The BMW dates from the year 1929. The heart of the R 63 is the M60SI engine. Even this pre war BMW already featured a pressurized oil circulation system. At that time most competitors still relied on a total loss lubrication system that had to be regulated by the rider because the oil was either discharged or burned.
