In 2004, the last owner of this Royal Enfield bought an Interceptor. This was followed by a long-term restoration project that transformed it into the gem it is today. The main work on the chassis and engine was carried out by specialists. The file folder accompanying this Royal Enfield contains all the relevant documentation. Following the restoration, the Interceptor was primarily used for test rides. At the time of purchase, this Interceptor (Abfangjäger) already had a replacement engine, which is of little consequence from todays perspective, as this stunning machine impresses with its superb engineering and appearance.
